Features

Our motors deliver maximum power in a small space thanks to their high power density. Despite their small size, integrated cooling systems reliably ensure that heat generation is optimally regulated during operation – a crucial factor for service life and operational reliability. Our range of services

Compact

The Compact series – squirrel-cage asynchronous motors – stands for maximum flexibility combined with high performance. With a power range of up to 2.5 MW, voltages from 0.38 to 13.8 kV, and speeds up to 3600 rpm, these motors cover a wide range of applications. The free choice of frequency and number of poles allows the motors to be adapted to all customer applications. The cast iron or welded steel housings provide a robust foundation for long-lasting operation, while cooling via IC41x or IC71W systems ensures reliable thermal stability. The Compact motors are available in the classic B3, B35, or V1 designs.

Compact Exd

The Compact Exd series – squirrel-cage asynchronous motors – was specially designed for use in potentially explosive environments. Equipped with Ex-de protection, these motors meet the highest safety requirements, for example in the chemical industry, mining, or refineries. The series offers power outputs of up to 2.2 MW at voltages between 6 and 10 kV. The frequency is designed for 50 or 60 Hz, and cooling is provided by IC41x. The models in the Compact Exd series are designed in cast iron housings and can be equipped with rolling or plain bearings. They are available in B3 and V1 designs and offer a reliable solution.

Compact PM

The Compact PM series – synchronous motors with permanent magnet rotors – utilizes state-of-the-art permanent magnet technology to achieve maximum efficiency at particularly low speeds. With a power range of up to 1.5 MW and a specially tuned speed range from 0 to 1000 rpm, this series is ideal for precise and energy-efficient applications. The compact design, combined with water jacket cooling and the use of welded steel housings, ensures longevity and low maintenance. The Compact PM motors are available in B3 and V1 designs.
