VEM Motors Wernigerode Plant Fire Brigade at the Fire Training Center

On August 30, 2024, eight members of the VEM motors Wernigerode plant fire brigade had the opportunity to participate in live fire training at the Fire Training Center of Leipzig/Halle Airport. They practiced maneuvering in a fire room under challenging conditions. For this purpose, a wooden fire was ignited in a training facility made up of several sea containers to create realistic fire conditions. The course was completely filled with smoke, and temperatures were similar to those of a room fire. This training is an important component of the training program for our plant fire brigade.
