Tasks

Technical processing of inquiries and orders as well as coordination of commercial conditions
Preparation of decision papers for sales and management with regard to contract design
Independent answering of inquiries
Deciding on the design and dimensioning of products, in collaboration with the specialist departments
Providing customers with technical information and advice on the product range
Participation in customer consultations
Information on contract status and realization
Preparation of orders for further processing

Requirements

difficult activities that are carried out independently and responsibly in accordance with guidelines. These activities require extensive knowledge and skills acquired through several years of professional activity or through appropriate professional training. (Completed training at a university of applied sciences can be equated with this knowledge and skills).
