VEMoDiAC Sense is a compact measuring system that is attached directly to the terminal box of low-voltage motors. The battery-free system measures high-precision electrical values, temperatures and vibrations and transmits this data wirelessly to local servers or cloud systems.

Save, export, visualize and analyze all measurement data that VEMoDiAC records. Alarm settings enable individual monitoring of your motors. Simply be notified by email. This not only offers enormous savings in maintenance and servicing, but also makes your motors easily accessible to the Internet of Things (IoT).

Condition Monitoring for large drives

Large electrical drive systems that drive critical processes are already adequately equipped with sensors and are monitored. However, the triggering of a warning or even shutdown value can already mean the failure of the system. Unwanted downtimes and thus considerable financial losses are the result.

With VEMoDiAC-HV you have the opportunity to identify possible weak points in the drive train and to carry out maintenance before failures occur. Conversely, VEMoDiAC-HV helps you to decide whether maintenance intervals can possibly even be extended.

In addition, it can be seen whether a system is under- or overloaded and which operating points should be considered critically.
