We guide you through the statutory period of limitation for liability for defects, providing you with selected service modules to guarantee constant availability for your systems after start-up. Pinpoint service agreements define the specific type and scope of service to be performed.

Our team works closely with specific departments such as calculation and engineering, meaning they can provide consultation in all issues regarding the drive and associated periphery.

On-call Service

Our normal service period is 8 to 5 Monday through Friday (excluding official holidays), although we would also be happy to agree an extended on-call service.


Seasoned workers are on hand for preparing service and maintenance schedules. We will also be happy to carry out the work needed on your drives.


We carry out inspections to assess the actual condition of your drives with regard to mechanical and electrical aspects. We identify the causes of conspicuous wear and tear and decide what actions should be taken by drawing up replacement part recommendations. A warranty extension can also be agreed, provided the machines are operated and serviced as per regulations.

Frequency analyses enable us to make detailed checks of your machines and systems. That means that a fault diagnosis is not limited to the drive, but can also encompass such things as the gear and foundation.


We offer you repair and upgrading of electrical machines as an economical alternative to purchasing a new drive. Our local diagnosis helps us decide what maintenance should be carried out at our plant. Our state-of-the-art techniques and equipment for refabrication guarantee you high quality repair work.


We train your personnel on site or on our own premises.
